Ran on treadmill. Did .5 warm up then 3x1200s with a 400 jog in between. Ran the first two at 6:45 pace, the last one at 6:28 pace. Then did .5 cool down. Been feeling tired lately-muscles burn when I run. Wish I felt like I had more energy.
