"the joys" comment cracks me up. Baby #8 for us in Oct, so I'll be laughing along with you pretty soon.

Nice speed on a tired feeling day!

Kam-congrats on baby #8. Wow! how do you find time to run? Yes, I have definitely been feeling "the joys" of no sleep and running on empty half the time-but I'm sure it will get better.

Nice job getting in a good workout. You think the baby will sleep through the night any time soon?

Kam - Baby #8?! Geeeez.

Andrea-baby still wakes up at least twice a night to eat, and cries too. Hopefully she will sleep better in a couple months:) I'm glad to see you are starting to run again. Hopefully your surgery did the trick and you will be back running sub 120 halfs in no time. (just take it ez getting back) wish u the best of luck with everything.
