Went to my dr appt last week and unfortunately I won't be able to run the rest of my pregnancy:( due to pelvic prolapse (sorry if that's tmi) (so in total it will probably be at least 5 months of no running) Anyway, I am quite sad about it but I know it is the best thing right now. I'm not really sure what to do right now as far as working out bc even speed walking is a no no for a little while.. Depressing:( but I'm trying to stay positive.. I bought a workout dvd with different excersizes that may help, so Im keeping my fingers crossed. Anyway, I may post if I can find other ways of working out... Until then it may be goodbye for a while... I look forward to reading everyone else's blogs though and happy running:) |
