I just finished my LDS mission, so this summer I am getting back into running shape. Run in the morning, swim and light strength lift in the afternoon.

Red-shirt at USU this fall and get ready to compete in the spring.

I just returned from a LDS mission. I served in the Bakersfield CA area. 

Now, I'm a student at USU, running there and majoring in Bio-engineering.

Went out on the turtle trail with some of the guys today. 7:35 pace goin up and 7 going down. Nice run! Finished everything up with a few scrambled eggs and chocolate milk mmmmmm!

Went out to the chuckawalla train out in ivins with my bro, cousin, and Abel and Krenny. Its my favorite trail. we went 2 miles up to the cliff overlook and stoped to enjoy the view. Preston and Tanner turned aroud and went 4. Abel Krenny and I went down the mountain to a little trail valley thing to some cave type things and turned around to make it a 7 mile run. The hill coming up was beastly. On the way back we took a wrong turn and ended up going 7.5 miles. For only being back a few days I felt really good! I was reading in runners world that since I took 3 weeks off (Two week break plus my wisdom teeth a few days off) it will only take me 3 weeks to get back to where I was before the break.

went up to the freezing mountains all day. no run but climbing up a sledding slope a million times at 11,000 feet got my cardio for the day equal to at least 3 miles for sure;)

First day back to school for practice! we did 6 miles on the formaster hill loop. average pace was something close to 7. really impressed with all the young guys who were keeping up.

7.5 miles on the hospital hill loop plus trail to nowhere. Pace was like 7:30 or something. we had some guys drop off pace but for the most part the group stayed big and togetehr! Amy Bryson popped up out of nowhere, kinda interesting. first run with coach since like 3 weeks ago!
