I ran at 4pm this afternoon.  It was 110°.  I didn't bring my Garmin.  But I did bring some ice water.  I skipped the MWF, due to some recent unpleasant comments from some of you.

110? ouch! I give up when it's 90... that must feel like a cool day to you!

From Burt on Mon, Jun 18, 2012 at 19:29:26 from 72.223.80.161

90 is sweater weather. LOL! (I don't own a sweater.)

From RAD on Tue, Jun 19, 2012 at 11:29:06 from 98.202.23.178

wow, I was just thinking I need to start running more in the heat, but blech...110 is just nasty.

Do people drive by and honk, point, and stop if they know you? They do that to me when the temp is that high. We are just getting used to the climate, right?

From Burt on Tue, Jun 19, 2012 at 13:25:34 from 72.223.80.161

RAD - Some people say you shouldn't run in anything over 95 due to the strain it puts on your heart. I say just slow it down and do it!

Bec - I get honks, but it's mostly for my good looks.

From The Quiet Pirate on Tue, Jun 19, 2012 at 17:55:28 from 71.49.55.78

Someone as hairy as you doesn't need to "own" a sweater. Your sweater owns you.

QP - Why you so mean?
