AM:  Not enough sleep last night and could not get my digestive system to cooperate this morning at 4:15am so I could not get ready in time to meet the crew.  Took me 3 hours to finally go to the bathroom and feel ready.

AM 2:  Track Workout

3 mile wu from my house over to Corner Canyon HS.

2 laps with straightaway striders

1X1000 @ 3:55 1/4 mile recovery jog

4X400 @93, 92, 91, 89 1 minute passive recovery

2.1 cd back to my house.

Wish I could have done this workout with someone.  It was good to get some turnover.  I was tight and felt very heavy but overall good workout.  Hopefully this can be a key to guide my fitness back.  Nice head winds here in Draper this morning.

Track workouts solo are brutal. Solid that you did it! #dedication #MIH
