AM:  4 easy miles this morning...knee and achilles felt better than they have all week.  I feel very fresh.  Almost a little anxiety like why am I this fresh.  It has been a long time since I felt this recovered.  Now I hope my lungs can get all the crud out.  I have down tons of fluid and medicine.  Ready to rock...
