Pretty bad 24 hours.  I was supposed to do 5-6 miles today but got a kidney stone Friday night.  It was a very long and painful process.  3mm stone.  Didn't want to miss an opportunity to run today.  Might have been smart to get out and run and might not.  I did what I could.  11 mins.
