track workout:

200 (36), 400 (1.21), 800 (2.53), 1200 (4.30), 800 (2.56), 400 (1.21), 200 (36) each with 400 jog in between (4 miles total) plus warm up and cooldown. Felt good to do a track workout, I definitely need to get my speed back to where it was, but my endurance was good because I was hitting very consistent times on the buildup and way down.

Lift: ball work, plank, each for 1 minute 3 times (mountain climber twist, plank delt pushup, abs x exercise, isolater crunches, flippers, butt lifts, inchworm pushups, 4x25 pushups), 3 x12 eac of following exercise bent over row with tricep pull (7.5 lbs), squat with shoulder raise (5 lbs), side to side lunger over bosu ball, with yellow med ball woodchopper side lunge, walking front lunge with twist, back lunge holding ball horizontally and switching legs, and 2 curtsy lunges plus stretching
