track workout: 200 (36), 400 (1.21), 800 (2.53), 1200 (4.30), 800 (2.56), 400 (1.21), 200 (36) each with 400 jog in between (4 miles total) plus warm up and cooldown. Felt good to do a track workout, I definitely need to get my speed back to where it was, but my endurance was good because I was hitting very consistent times on the buildup and way down.
