track workout: 200 (36), 400 (1.21), 800 (2.53), 1200 (4.30), 800 (2.56), 400 (1.21), 200 (36) each with 400 jog in between (4 miles total) plus warm up and cooldown. Felt good to do a track workout, I definitely need to get my speed back to where it was, but my endurance was good because I was hitting very consistent times on the buildup and way down.

| 12.13 miles in 1:28... feeling great on a long run, so decided to pick up the pace a little bit. Averaged 7:!5 min/mile pace and very happy about how i felt after. I think this means that I am definitely improving my half marathon time and should pick a race to enter soon. Also did ankle exercises, plank and 4x25 pushups with stretching.
