easy run of 7.5 min miles at 8 min pace (about 60 minutes). Wanted to keep going, but wanted to make sure it was an easy day, so I kept it relatively short. Ankle exercises. still a little sore from lifting on Friday and I realized that a ran a lot higher mileage last week than I planned. oops. so wanted to make sure I have a lower mileage week this week.

decided to add a day of pool running: 4 laps of warm up (long pool so maybe 50 yd long), then 8 laps of interval running, 1 lap normal pool running and 1 lap crawl to end. Time: 1:30

12.13 miles in 1:28... feeling great on a long run, so decided to pick up the pace a little bit. Averaged 7:!5 min/mile pace and very happy about how i felt after. I think this means that I am definitely improving my half marathon time and should pick a race to enter soon. 

Also did ankle exercises, plank and 4x25 pushups with stretching.
