We have a 2 year old girl and we're expecting baby #2. :) I'm a NICU nurse working full-time nights.

  • 15 minutes on the treadmill while I waited for the class to start
  • 1 hour Powertone class - cardio and strength training intervals.  I wish I had my heart rate monitor on to see how high it got...that class was hard!
