We have a 2 year old girl and we're expecting baby #2. :) I'm a NICU nurse working full-time nights.

Turns out that somewhere between today and Monday's spin class something happened and I can't bend over to reach the handle bars as easily. :)  Someone's trying to grow big...go baby go!

 Typing this on my new tablet James gave me for my birthday.  Who knew they could be so fun??  I've probably logged 8 hrs on it just since Saturday. (keeping in mind I am currently more lazy than normal...for some reason...:O) )

Achieved amazing feats today with my 175 lb self!

  • successfully shaved AND lotioned my legs - 15 mins
  • walked up and down the stairs a lot - 20 mins
  • carried several items up and down said stairs - 5 minutes
  • ate lunch WITHOUT spilling on my belly - 5 minutes

only 3 weeks left of heartburn! :)

If only us runners could utilize the power of the uterus!  Man, that muscle is strong.  Thanks to its powers, I'm 80% effaced and at 1 cm. ;)  There was one night last week at work when I was convinced my uterus was pulling in and down so hard that it was going to wrap my body up into a ball!  I could barely walk!  (luckily there wasn't any sharp pain associated though)  My coworkers kept touching my belly because it was so tight... I joked about my amazing one pack....to think of the strength!
