If only us runners could utilize the power of the uterus!  Man, that muscle is strong.  Thanks to its powers, I'm 80% effaced and at 1 cm. ;)  There was one night last week at work when I was convinced my uterus was pulling in and down so hard that it was going to wrap my body up into a ball!  I could barely walk!  (luckily there wasn't any sharp pain associated though)  My coworkers kept touching my belly because it was so tight... I joked about my amazing one pack....to think of the strength!

oh, you shall see the full strength of that little organ soon enough :)

Can't believe it is almost baby time! Remember a year ago at Ogden? Driving up and then you did the first 10ish and Smooth and I panicked when we passed you stretching? yeah....good times :)

Uterus: bring on the pain!! Haha. :) Oh I'm sure I'll crumple at the first "real" contraction!

Yes, I remember that! Time flies! I can't wait to start doing a few races. I'm ready to get back into it, I've had a nice LONG break!(with my achilles and feet issues and then pregnancy...I'm talking 1-1.5 years here). I'm so happy for you and where you are finding your level at fitness at right now, you have definitely put in the time and effort. :)
