2) Possibly take a shot at three hours in the marathon
Sweating on the treadmill, easy pace at 8:49. No problems.
Easy pace, but left calf tightened up. Cold temps right at sunset dodging some icy patches.
Easy pace on the treadmill ranging from 8:41 to 8:49 and incline from 0 to 1 percent. Felt fine.
Easy pace on the treadmill with some variety from 8:34 to 8:49 and inclines from zero to two percent. I like the variety. Heart rate at the end was just under 150.
Outside on the bike path through the slushy snow, so pace was quite slow-8:55.
Beautiful weather day here. Excellent aerobic miles (8:40 pace) on Park Street. Tossed in two incline sprints.
