| Down Glendale past Stage Road and back. Into headwind on the way out and with wind/into sun on the way home. Picked it up to 7:20 for miles 11 and 12 and then 6:45 for the final mile. Hard effort on the final mile, but the pace felt comfortably hard rather than truly difficult. | |
