| The legs were sore today from the long lay-off. I capped the run at three miles easy pace on the treadmill. Then added a quick 10-second uphill sprint. I'm trying to be patient and not think about being behind schedule for 2010 goal races, but it's hard. I guess I need to be happy that the "injury" turned out to be a one-time thing not indicative of long-term problems. | |
