AM- This morning we went to Sugar House park and did 5 hills and then ran back to the school.
PM- Track workout...4 laps slow then 4 laps speed changes then 1 lap slow. Then a 2000 in 7:26 and 5x400 in 1:17, 1:20, 1:18, 1:18, 1:16. Then 5 strides and a mile cooldown. |
