I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

| Today we did a six mile loop. Me and Susannah and my dad ran together. We went North on 1500 e. from sugar house park to Sunny Side Ave. Then We ran down SunnySide Ave. to the street that goes behind East. We ran along that street to 900 S. Then we ran down 900 S. to 900 E. Then across 900 E. to 2100 S. and back up to the park. It was 6 miles. My time was 48:14 so about 8:00 pace. The run felt good, it definitely wasn't at a comfortable pace but it wasn't too hard. I've been feeling a little sick and my stomach was bothering me at the beginning of the run. My legs really started to feel it coming back up to the park. This week I'd like to hit 45 again. I'd like to make my easy miles at 8:00 pace from now on. Today my foot fell asleep for about two and a half miles of the run. This has happened a few times recently, and it's always my right foot. Does anyone know what could cause this? Also, I've been sleeping alot lately 12+ hours a day (and if I had time I could sleep longer). I think I might be anemic so I started taking an iron supplement, but I don't want to take too much iron. Does anyone else take iron and how much? (Pegasus 189) |

AM- We had a good run this morning. It was 5 miles from the park. My time was exactly 40:00 so 8:00 pace. 8:00 pace is still not comfortable for me, hopefully as I get in better shape it will be. Me and Susannah ran together. (Pegasus 194)
PM- I did a lap around the park and then 3 laps of speed changes and one lap slow. I decided not to do speed work because my leg was hurting a little bit. I sort of wish I would have but it's probably better I didn't. (Pegasus 197) |

| This morning our team went for a run that was 6.25 but I'm just going to call it six to keep it even. My time was 59:46, so really slow but we ran on a trail so that was probably why. We ran on Bonneville Shoreline Trail from the zoo to Red Butte and back. It was a good run my legs are a little sore, and my leg still hurts when I run downhill. (Pegasus 203) |

| This morning for our team workout we did a 2 mile warm-up at Sunnyside Park. Then we did some fartlek. We did a ladder of 5,4,3,2,1 minutes with equal recovery. Then we did a 2 mile cooldown. It was a good workout my legs started to feel it on a few of the repeats. I need to motivate myself to push harder though. (Pegasus 211) |

| Today was free slurpee day so for xc practice our team went on a slurpee run. Every 7-11 we ran past we had to stop and get a slurpee and drink the whole thing. The slurpee's were 7.11 ounces each. We stopped at 6 different 7-11's. We stopped at these ones: 200 S. 1300 E., 705 3rd Ave., 300 E. 100 S., 300 E 400 S., 800 S. 200 E., and 800 S. 1300 E. It was 7 miles long and was 1:02:06 of running time. It was a fun run but because of all the stopping didn't feel like that much running. By the end of the workout we had all drank 48 ounces of slurpee! (Pegasus 218) |

| This morning me, my mom, dad, Demetrio, TJ, Carol, Michelle, and Dennis met up for a run. We ran on rail trail. We all went different distances but I just did 10. My time was 1:21:50, so about 8:10 pace. I was really happy with my time, my legs felt good and didn't really get tired, but I was breathing hard the whole time. Overall it was a good workout.
