This morning for our team workout we did a 2 mile warm-up at Sunnyside Park. Then we did some fartlek. We did a ladder of 5,4,3,2,1 minutes with equal recovery. Then we did a 2 mile cooldown. It was a good workout my legs started to feel it on a few of the repeats. I need to motivate myself to push harder though. (Pegasus 211) |
