I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004.

Personal:

I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again.

Today we did a six mile loop. Me and Susannah and my dad ran together. We went North on 1500 e. from sugar house park to Sunny Side Ave. Then We ran down SunnySide Ave. to the street that goes behind East. We ran along that street to 900 S. Then we ran down 900 S. to 900 E. Then across 900 E. to 2100 S. and back up to the park. It was 6 miles. My time was 48:14 so about 8:00 pace. The run felt good, it definitely wasn't at a comfortable pace but it wasn't too hard. I've been feeling a little sick and my stomach was bothering me at the beginning of the run. My legs really started to feel it coming back up to the park. This week I'd like to hit 45 again. I'd like to make my easy miles at 8:00 pace from now on. Today my foot fell asleep for about two and a half miles of the run. This has happened a few times recently, and it's always my right foot. Does anyone know what could cause this? Also, I've been sleeping alot lately 12+ hours a day (and if I had time I could sleep longer). I think I might be anemic so I started taking an iron supplement, but I don't want to take too much iron. Does anyone else take iron and how much? (Pegasus 189)
