I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

| Today my mom ran the San Diego marathon. I ran the last 6 and a half miles with her, and jogged back on the course a little ways to find her. The run was really slow, but my leg still hurt. (Pegasus 29) |

| Today me and my dad and my brother went for a really fun run on the beach. We ran barefoot in the sand. It was kind of hard to run in so it was slow, but it was lots of fun. It took us 36:53 so 9:15 pace. My leg still hurts a little. It's at a point where I don't know how hard I can push it, it should be healed because it's been 10 weeks. I can't tell if the muscles in the area are just sore or if it's still the bone i can feel, and I don't want to run to hard and make it worse. |

| Today I went for a run with my dad and brother. My dad told us we should run on this great trail he had found on his long run a few days earlier. Once we got started, he began telling us about this trail, and how there was rattlesnake warnings, lizards everywhere, bushes that were like cactuses and had grown into the trail, and how the trail was barely even wide enough for one person. Once we got onto the trail me and my brother decided that it wasn't a trail and that if it was noone had used it in about ten years. While we were running on some parts of the "trail" we had to hold our hands straight up and be as skinny as possible so the cactus bushes didn't hurt so much, but eventually we made it to the end of the "trail". We finished at the ocean which was nice. The ocean was really pretty. I got six miles. My leg still hurt but it hurts the same every day it isn't getting better or worse. (Pegasus 35) |

| Today me and my dad went for a run. We started at highland high and ran out on 1500 e. then through the campus at the u and came out of the alley on to 3rd ave. Then we ran down 3rd ave to 300 e and then over to 400 s. and back up to 400 e. We ended at Braden's work and he gave us a ride back to the car. It took about 53 minutes so just over 8 minute pace. I felt really good and my leg only hurt a little on the down hill. (Pegasus 41) |

| So today I didn't need really any miles but my friend wanted to go for a run and I wanted to run so she met at my house and ran to the golf course and did a loop around it. It's a 3 mile loop but it has tons of hills and is really hard. It was really fun and after we went for a 4 mile bike ride. (Pegasus 44) |

Today I started at my house and ran down to holladay blvd. then to hillsden dr., down hillsden and over to walker ln. Then highland dr. to Van Winkle and back home on Holladay Blvd. It was a good run. My leg only hurt a tiny bit. My bunion was hurting today. I probably just need to take some ibuprophen and it'll feel better. With about two miles to go I started to feel sick and I felt sick the rest of the run. It ended up being 5 and a half miles and it took me 45:29. Overall it was a good run. (Pegasus 49) |

| Today I ran a 5k in Holladay. My time was 20:10. I don't know if it was an accurate 5k. It was a tough course. The first mile was pretty much all downhill and the rest was either flat or gradual uphill. My leg didn't hurt at all. I got a sideache after the first mile and it didn't go away till the race was over. After the race I felt sick for about an hour. I warmed up about a mile. Overall it was a good fun race, I wonder what I'll be able to run at heart of holladay. I will be happy with any thing under 21 but I would really like to break 20. |
