Today me and my dad and my brother went for a really fun run on the beach. We ran barefoot in the sand. It was kind of hard to run in so it was slow, but it was lots of fun. It took us 36:53 so 9:15 pace. My leg still hurts a little. It's at a point where I don't know how hard I can push it, it should be healed because it's been 10 weeks. I can't tell if the muscles in the area are just sore or if it's still the bone i can feel, and I don't want to run to hard and make it worse. |
