I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

| Today I ran 4 miles on pipeline trail. I started at Birch Hollow and ran 2 miles out and back. I was running with my dad, demetrio, and carol. My leg didn't hurt at all so I think it is better so I can start running again! I'm really out of shape though. I was running about 9:30's and was still exhausted but hopefully I can get back in shape soon. (Pegasus 4) |

| Today I went running at Liberty Park with my dad. I ran two laps. I started a little bit faster than I should have because after the first lap I was dead. It's frustrating because my legs feel good so I want to push, but I can't because I'm so out of shape. I would like to get at least 25 miles this week and then gradually build from there. I plan on racing heart of holladay, but I know I won't be in very good shape so it won't be very fast.(Pegasus 7) |

Today I ran 4 miles at sugarhouse park. I did two laps around the perimeter of the park. I did the first one with Wasatch Athletics, and then the second one with Michelle. My leg felt fine on the first lap, and on the second lap it hurt a little bit but not much. (Pegasus 11) |

| Today our school did a one mile fun run. I warmed up and then ran the mile in 6:10. I was pushing but I wasn't very competitive about it so I probably could have ran faster, but I don't really care I'm still out of shape. Then after the mile a few people from the team went on a short two mile run. My leg only hurt a little bit but not that much. I think it's just from starting to run again. |

| Today I ran 5 miles in California. It was a fun run but I felt slugish today so it hurt the whole time. My leg hurt a little bit after the run but by the end of the day was fine. We found a trail here that was fun to run on. Tomorrow we are going to try to find a 5k I don't know if i will run in it or not yet. |

| Today we ran a race in California. It was 3 miles and I ran a 19:50. I was the first woman so that was cool, and my leg didn't hurt so that was good. After the race I did a short cool down. (Pegasus 21) |
