Today I went running at Liberty Park with my dad. I ran two laps. I started a little bit faster than I should have because after the first lap I was dead. It's frustrating because my legs feel good so I want to push, but I can't because I'm so out of shape. I would like to get at least 25 miles this week and then gradually build from there. I plan on racing heart of holladay, but I know I won't be in very good shape so it won't be very fast.(Pegasus 7) |
