I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

Today we ran one mile slow, two mile's of speed changes and then one mile slow on the track. After that we did a two mile loop around the block. It was a good workout, it didn't feel hard, but I got a sideache on the cool down. The weather was good about 30 degrees, the track was covered in snow. Ran most of the workout alone.

We ran up from east on sunnyside ave. then we turned to go towards wasatch, we turned around by the golf course and then we went back to the school. 6 miles 28:40 going up and about 22 or 23 minutes coming back. I ran alone most of the time. Started feeling sick with a little less than a mile to go.
Later I went to the oval to do speed workout with Wasatch. Did 6 laps warm-up 3 laps of speed changes and one lap slow, then I did:1600=6:35 800=3:10 400=1:25 400=1:21 200=39 200=40 200=37 The workout felt good my legs were tired from the earlier workout. Then I did 3 laps slow for my cooldown. I got a migrane in between workouts and it wasn't completely gone when I started the second workout. |

| I ran at the oval. I did 4 laps slow, 3 laps of speed changes, and one lap slow. Then we did 20x200 jogging 200 in between. I hit most of them at 37. I had one at 40 and a couple at 35, but other than that they were all about 37. Then I did one lap cool down. It was a really good workout but it was really hard. I ran with Carol, Michelle, Carre, Jenny, and my dad. |
