I ran at the oval. I did 4 laps slow, 3 laps of speed changes, and one lap slow. Then we did 20x200 jogging 200 in between. I hit most of them at 37. I had one at 40 and a couple at 35, but other than that they were all about 37. Then I did one lap cool down. It was a really good workout but it was really hard. I ran with Carol, Michelle, Carre, Jenny, and my dad. |
