After taking a few days off I ran 4 miles today. I ran to the gym and it took me 41:20. My legs felt sluggish from the days off. I'm going to focus on doing a little less miles and adding in some strength exercises to see if that helps my legs to stop hurting. After my run I did 3 sets of 6 slow climbers, 6 lunges, and 6 squats with 2 minutes in between each set.
