I took second at USATF Nationals Cross-Country when I was ten. I was 6th at nationals in the 3000 in 2004. Personal: I did lots of competitive running growing up. I'm now 23 and have fibromyalgia and CFS. I just finished nursing school and am going back for my MSN in a few months, but I want to get back in shape and be able to run again. |

| Today I walked one mile, then ran 1.5 miles then walked a half mile. My total time was 40:39. I felt suprisingly good. I've worked graveyards the last three nights and I wasn't disciplined enough to run on those days, but I knew I needed to force myself to get up and go run today. It was pretty windy out, but I got done just before it started raining.

| Today I walked one mile, ran 1.5 miles, then walked a half mile. My total time was 39:28. I also did alot of walking and running around on the state xc course today to cheer for Garek and some of the east girls.

| Today I had a long rough day at work, but I still managed to get out and go for a run afterward. I walked a mile then ran a mile. My total time was 27:17. My foot that had a bunionectomy on it was hurting pretty bad. I think it's just got some fluid built up in it from being on my feet all day and then running after that. I'll elevate it tonight and hopefully it'll be better tomorrow.

| Today was my long run, I walked 1.5 miles then ran 3 then walked 1.5. My total time was 1:17:44. This is the furthest I've went so far and one of the fastest paces. I wore new shoes today and they felt good. I think it's time to get rid of my old shoes.

| Today I walked one mile ran 2 miles then walked a mile. My total time was 51:16. It felt good. This week should be interesting because I'm working 5 of the next 7 days and it's always hard to get a workout in when I work 13 hour days, but I just have to be disciplined with myself and get it done.

| This morning I got up before work and walked one mile ran 1.5 miles and then walked half a mile. My total time was 38:43. It felt good and I think I'm getting faster little by little as I get in better shape.

| This morning I got up at 4:30 before work for my run. I walked one mile, ran 1.5 miles, then walked a half mile. My stomach was really upset the whole time so I ran a little slower than I have been. My total time was 39:42. Next week I'm going to do more running and less walking which should be nice because my workouts won't take as long.
