Today I had a long rough day at work, but I still managed to get out and go for a run afterward. I walked a mile then ran a mile. My total time was 27:17. My foot that had a bunionectomy on it was hurting pretty bad. I think it's just got some fluid built up in it from being on my feet all day and then running after that. I'll elevate it tonight and hopefully it'll be better tomorrow.
