I did about a two mile warm-up. Then I did some high knees and butt kicks. Then 3 strides before my miles. I did 2x1 mile with about 5 minutes in between. My times were 6:13 and 6:15. It felt really good. My legs feel strong but I'm definetely lacking in cardiovascular fitness. I'll have to work on that more. After I did a two mile cooldown.
