Today we ran at Sugar House Park. We warmed up 2 miles. Then we did 8 hills that were 400 meters long. I ran them between 85 and 95. It was one of the hills on the state course. We ran in groups of 10, and jogged back to the start after each one. The hills felt easy, I probably should have pushed up the hills a little bit harder. I wore my spikes, and they felt really good. I think they helped alot. After we cooled down about a mile. (Pegasus 271) |
