| After taking almost 2 weeks off from running, and 1 week off all excersise, I thought I would try running again this morning. It didn't go so great. I broke down and cried at the gym when Lily asked if I was doing ok. So embarrassing. I feel better now. I just need to be more patient. After all, Lily had to wait for weeks and weeks and she is inspiring to me to see how fast she came back once she was better :) |

| Did "elliptical hell" for 75 minutes, then walked 1.5 miles. I hope the weather cooperates and I can walk another few tonight. I gotta keep up the calorie burn somehow cause the weight is creeping up on me. Crossing my fingers for speedy healing. |

| So, still inured, I walked 7 miles. Do you even know how long it takes to walk 7 miles? A freakin' long time, that's how long. Started with a new massage therapist yesterday that has helped Lily, so I am hoping it will get me started to recovery because I am not feeling any better so far. I keep hoping that I will wake up one day and the pain will be magically gone. Wouldn't that be nice? |

| Walked 5 miles then did 30 minutes of elliptical. Nothing feels better yet but I am still hopeful. At least walking at the gym provides me with time to see my friends even if I am not running. |

walked on an incline on the home tm for 3 miles then when it got light enough I did 3 around the river trail at a walk/jog. Nothing feels better or worse.

| My back and butt feeling lots better. My pf has returned in its place tho. I have been running in very minimal shoes every single day and I am going to try running in something with a little more arch support every few days and see if it helps. It's anybody's guess what will go out on me next............ |
