I went to my hometown yesterday to spend the day with my mommy on her birthday and didn't get home until 1:00 last night. By the time I got kids in bed and my teeth brushed it was 2:00 and then despite having the hardest time staying awake while driving, I then couldn't get to sleep until around 3:00. Needless to say, I had a difficult time waking up this morning. I slept in until the kids got up around 8:00. I lay in bed looking out my window at the river trail and got so excited for it to warm up and be able to get out there again regularly.
Finally I got in my mileage during baby's nap time on my home tm.
On a sidenote, my husband signed up for the 50 mile Antelope Island Buffalo run on March 26th. NUTSO! |

| 4.5 miles walking at a 8% grade. I think it might have been harder than running even. I have me some sore feet so I might be doing a lot more of this in the next few weeks. I hope they get better soon. I told my hubbie I would pace him the last 17 miles of his 50 miler. |

8.5 miles on the home tm. I read a good book while I ran because the book rest on my treadmill works really well. It made the time fly by. I seriously felt like I was only on there 20 minutes. |

15 min on the rowing machine (first time using that and it didn't get my heart rate going or anything but I bet my back is sore tomorrow.) I am desperate for something to do besides the ellliptical! |
