Nice easy run with lots of walking before, after, and in between miles. Walked about 2 miles in additional to the 4 miles of running.

I ran the first mile in just under 8 minutes, was feeling a few aches and pains but just tried to shake out. I also did a lot of dynamic stretches before and after the first mile. I walked around for a while and then ran 1.3 miles, I felt way better. Stopped and walked around some more, finished with 1.7 miles. It was a really nice and easy run. I think I should do a shakeout/drills/form mile before every run.

Warmed up a mile and then did 7 200s with 200m jogs at about 7:30 pace in between. Felt way easier than last time, 33, 34, 35, 35, 36, 36, 36. Also went to the gym right before running, so I was pleasently surprised when I saw the 33. I was going to an 8th but I was getting a pretty bad headache by then so I called it a day and cooled down. Need to get that surgery.

Walked a mile and then ran 4.25 with 2 200ms thrown in. Both were 37 so that was perfect. I think the best I can do for speed or tempo workouts without getting a headache until I get that surgery are a few 200s at a time. I can at least get my legs conditioned well.
