Ran to the track feeling hot and stuffy. Ran 4x400 with 1:20 recovery. First one I forgot to time but I know it was under 75 by a good amount, at least a couple seconds because I looked down at my watch right after I started running it and I finished less than 70 seconds past that time. My others were 72, 74, and 76. I had to run into lane 4 around some girls who were running on the 76 so I'll count that as good enough. The way I felt for the pace I was running was not good enough though. And my achilles are hurting a bit, so I need to start doing exercises for that. |
