Ran the gully with Coach Murphy, it was a lot of fun! Always a great time when we get to meet and catch up. My achilles didn't have any pain during the run so I think the massage gun is doing its job, I'm still going to be taking it slow, but I'll start running 3/4 times a week again. I'm going to start training for spartan next year. If I can get up to 40/50 mpw and be doing core and lifting workout most days then I think I can challenge for top 10 placements at the national series events. |
