Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Mile or two warm up and then a donut mile. Much easier than the chicken sandwich mile. Took less than 9 minutes. 2and of 3 although there was some tampering, likely would have stayed in 2nd but we'll never know for sure. Very fun day.
