Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Felt awful today, not sure why. I've been getting good sleep the past couple days and haven't had a tough workout recently. Unfortunate day to coincidence with my long run.
Warmed up and ran 4x1000m at about current 2 mile pace, goal 5k pace. 3:20, 3:20, 3:22, 3:22. Felt increasingly difficult, first was really easy and the last 2 hurt.
