I usually do a little over three just to be sure. Today's run was pretty good. I think the weight I lost on my mission is staying off which is good because that's going to be a huge help in tranfering over to the next level. I'm still hanging around 145 which is a nice drop from the 155-165 I was always at in high school. It just took getting sick enough that I lost most of my muscle! But especially for the 8k/10k I think it will help, I think I will finally be able to be as good at cross as I am at track and hopefully just better at both! Although I might put weight back on once I actually start training hard, my body is weird like that. I guess I will see. I'm supposed to get the summer training plan soon and I can't wait. |
