Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

I get to increase my mileage!!! So I'm up to 4-5 miles per day, which is great! I'm probably going to make that just 5 miles each day haha. And luckily I've been helping build a walk way all day so I havent run yet, time for a good 5 mile run!

Still pretty drained from yesterday and sore too, but I got out and ran 5 miles, it was hot! I love taking cold showers after my runs.

My leg was hurting this morning, around the fibula, so I was a little worried, I'm pretty darn sure it's not a stress fracture because it would be really sad if my body got one on like 3 miles a day. I think I might have hurt my muscle somehow from stretching it out too much yesterday trying to get rid of the restless leg discomfort. So I'm pretty sure it's just an upset muscle but I'm a little cautious, I will ice it and I think I will have to just play it by ear tonight when I run.
