Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

3 miles with one 2 and a half minute pick up in which I covered half a mile. Got an orthotic for my foot so I can run on it now, but it's not perfect. Still need to be careful.

Ran up to the mouth of the canyon. Ran a 5:22 on the flat mile on the way back, felt good so I should be ready for the race next saturday. Certainly lost some shape, but today felt decent, averaged 6:40 something. But really low 7s outside of that mile. Hopefully I can average that mile pace on Saturday but I'd be pretty happy with averaging 5:30 right now. Foot felt better than wednesday. A little sore after, my pinkie is also still sore and it's a battle to return it to mobility.

Need to finish my thesis intro draft 1 next week.
