Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran 4 miles and ended at the gym where I did back day with Ian. Currently walkint home. Todays pace was just under 7:00. I'm tentatively planning on running again tomorrow, should be good weather.
Went out for a run, didn't have much time today. Was going to judt do 4 easy miles but the pace got away from me and I was feeling good so I ended up doing 36 minutes at 6:44 pace.
