Warmed up a mile and then did 7 200s with 200m jogs at about 7:30 pace in between. Felt way easier than last time, 33, 34, 35, 35, 36, 36, 36. Also went to the gym right before running, so I was pleasently surprised when I saw the 33. I was going to an 8th but I was getting a pretty bad headache by then so I called it a day and cooled down. Need to get that surgery. |
