Good workout today. Half mile warm up, then 4 miles, that averaged out to 5.51. I was pleased with the way things turned out, especially because there was a sublte uphill for a large portion of the run. It was pretty tough at the end, but I was able to focus mentally and finish strong, which I think was the biggest success of the workout. 

I saw Franco on the afternoon run, stopped and talked to him for a few minutes, super chill, awesome dude

I was really happy with this workout, and the way that my body was able to respond and do well. I honestly felt like I got into a better rhythm and things got easier mentally as I got into it.
