| Just swam today, for the first time in over a year. Definitely was tiring, but I should be fine for the race (famous last words?)

| Nice little bike ride, really kept it at a chill pace, went 20 miles. Paul had a lot of good advice for the triathlon for me, so that was nice. We also worked on some transition stuff down at the park, which was very helpful

| Fun Triathlon today! I finished overall in 2:45, and it was just an awesome experience. All the legs were slightly longer than the advertised Olympic distance, but I wasn't too stressed about that, I was just loving this whole course! Triathlon's are such a unique experience but I do want to keep doing them. Hopefully I can improve my bike time a little bit, and get faster at swimming too. All things considered, great race for the amount of time I had to train for it
