I think I need to get rid of these shoes... they're old, and have a toooon of miles on them. I just like them too much to throw away though, I mean, they're like a cool iridescent color. Like fish scales.
Good run this morning. The weather is warming up. I decided to do a little fartlek workout, 5x2min with 1 minute rest in between each one. The 2 minute hard portions were at about 5:50 pace, or a little faster. I'm glad I've been able to bump my runs up from a typical 3 mile run to a 5 mile run
