10 miles. Warm up run, then 5 miles at 7:00/mile pace. Then a cool down run.
Last wednesday I went on a drive with my friend up emigration canyon and to a place called East canyon. The autumn leaves were so beautiful. Something happend during that drive that will change my life drastically and it about ruined me for the rest of the week running wise. I had trouble concentrating the rest of last week.
