Warm up run. 7 x 500m hill sprints (walk down). I was only going to do 6 hills but when I got to the bottom of the hill after the 6th hill, there was a real creepy looking guy at the bottom of the hill, so I decided to go back up again hoping that he would go away. When I got to the bottom of the hill after the 7th hill, I didn't see the guy, so I decided to continue on with my cool down, run, when all of a sudden he jumped out of the shadows from somewhere. I gave a scream and took off. Easy run to get to 10 miles. PM: 5 mile walk. It was really hot and humid this afternoon. I didn't enjoy this walk at all. |
